All races in the 2026 season are SOLD OUT! There is no waitlist available and additional spots are not available by email. Details for the 2027 season will be available in December.

Bib Personalization
All bibs are personalized with your athlete’s name printed on the front to encourage everyone to cheer them on! Please confirm you have entered the correct name at registration. All registrations or transfer requests must be received by the following deadlines to guarantee a personalized bib:

Refunds & Withdrawal Options
Registration fees are generally non-refundable, except in extreme circumstances which are judged on a case-by-case basis. If you have concerns, please consider purchasing registration insurance.

Processing fee and applicable tax on the processing fee are non-refundable.
Most Races Sell Out Early
Once online registration closes we accept in-person registration during Saturday’s race kit pick up provided the race has not reached its capacity.
Registration Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email from Race Roster immediately following successful registration. This email will have a link to your dashboard where you can see details of your registration. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us to confirm the registration.
Triathlon Ontario
TRi KiDS Triathlon Series powered by Pure Flavor is sanctioned and insured by Triathlon Ontario, who offer organizational support and insurance coverage to all participants and volunteers. All Triathlon Ontario membership costs are included in registration fees.
Processing Fees
Processing fees for registration are charged by Race Roster and (new in 2025) are included in all registration fees. This fee and the applicable taxes charged on it are non-refundable. Please note that HST is charged on top of registration and processing fees.
Registration Insurance
In partnership with RegShield, we will be offering registration insurance as an optional add-on when you register for a race. This service can provide peace of mind that you will receive a refund if certain conditions are met. More details can be found here.
Wave Requests – Timing Requests or Friends Paired Together
Unfortunately we do not accept requests for friends to be paired together in waves or for timing purposes.
Age Group Assignments
Athletes are assigned to an age group based on their YEAR OF BIRTH. Their age on race day is not used to assign age groups. As an example, all athletes turning 8 this year, whether their birthday is in January or December, will participate in the 8-9 age group. The chart below lists the age group assignment based on year of birth.
Athletes in the 3 – 5 age group must have one parent accompany them in the pool. The adult must be within arm’s length of the athlete in the pool.
Note that due to course safety concerns, not all races will have a 14-15 year old age group available.
