I just wanted to send you a note to thank you for putting on such a wonderful event! We cannot say enough about our experience yesterday – it was so well organized! The highlight was to be able to cheer on and encourage not only our daughter, but all of the children who participated. It was very rewarding to see so many children out being active and to see the enthusiasm, pride, and the satisfaction of such an accomplishment on their faces (and those of parents). I will never forget the image of watching my daughter come across the finish line and the pride I felt! Thank you for bringing this event to BC!
My two children age 10 and 12 just competed in their first tri in Ottawa today. I had to write to thank you for such an amazing first experience! My husband and I were amazed at the number of helpful volunteers and staff on the course. I have participated in many races but I have never seen one so well organized and managed from start to finish.
My family would like to thank you and your organization for this past weekends Tri Kids Niagara race in Port Colborne. Our 5 year old completed her first race. It was an awesome event. We look forward to next summer when we can enjoy more races, and see the confidence and pride on all the kids faces for having completed such a fun and challenging journey.
My 7-year old daughter just completed her very first triathlon at your Niagara event and wants to do another one – now! She was very nervous going into this and any glitch could have resulted in this being her first, and last, triathlon. I have to commend you for an incredibly well run event! Everything from email notifications, race kit pickup, orientation, transitions, course marshals, etc., everything! I understand that your events sell out very quickly and I can see why.
I just wanted to tell you how much my family and I enjoyed the TriKids event yesterday. The entire event was beautifully planned and organized. Despite the huge number of athletes participating in 3 different sports in different age groups, there was perfect coordination, punctuality, no chaos, no stress (at least, none to participants, parents and visitors!!) – it was amazing. Hats off to you and the whole team at TriKids.
Excellent event. Well run. On time. Nice quality medals at the end. Ability to get the stuff out of the transition zones allows families to get on the road back home which is appreciated. Overall, the volunteer team and organizers should feel very proud of the event. Very well run.
This was our family’s first time participating in a triathlon but we’ve participated in many events of different varieties and I must tell you, this was such a marvelously run event I am simply in awe. Such attention to so many details to make everything run smoothly, and such terrific staff/volunteers to ensure every kid had a positive experience. Planning and organization, enthusiasm and good humour, all played a role in making the whole event enjoyable for participants and spectators alike.
Your events are awesome. Your volunteers are great. Everything is so well organized. We have been to an orientation session before every event and it is so clear how much you care about the event being “as positive an experience as possible for everyone”! We are huge fans of Tri Kids! And given the sell-out of your events we are clearly not the only ones who are having a great experience with Tri Kids!
This event was so impressive in how well it was organized! There are a lot of moving parts and it was excellent!
Just wanted to send you a quick note of appreciation for another great event. This being our 4th event with you, we can see how your sporting events are extremely well managed, very safe and most importantly…..fun! Your events mark fun as a high priority. Tri Kids events focus on building positive, self esteem goals that we as a family all benefit from. So to Tara, Brad Staff and all Volunteers of Run Well Events…..great job and thank you!
